| To Qualify for Bariatric Surgery at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital you must be: | ||
| 1) | 18 - 62 years old | |
| 2) | BMI greater than 40 | |
| OR | ||
| BMI 35-39 with signficanyt co-morbid conditions | ||
| 3) | Weight of 350 lbs or less | |
| 4) | Can not be Medicare or Medicad Patient because Lawrence & Memorial Hospital is not yet a center of excellence | |
